How long does shipping take for mountain bike components?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing in your region.
What is your return policy for installed parts?
We only accept returns on items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a component has been mounted or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do Title MTB products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Are your handlebars and stems compatible with 31.8mm or 35mm clamps?
We offer components in both 31.8mm and 35mm diameters. Please ensure you check the product specifications on the item page to match your existing setup correctly.
Do you offer international shipping?
